- Right Connections Travel is one of the largest agencies to book the resorts we have chosen to promote. We not only want your business, we will work for your business and work to make sure there are no problems in your travel plans. - Booking Direct -vs- Agency Booking - We have the capability to book you directly with the resort, or book you through our advanced booking engine. We are one of the few agencies that can go either direction. But which is better for you?
- Advanced Booking Engine - Booking with our advanced booking engine finds you the BEST PRICE and best promotions for your available dates. Many times we have promotions the resorts do not offer directly. We even monitor your reservation for new promotions that may drop your price. No way will a resort ever call you and tell you the price went down. You are stuck with the price you reserved with when going direct.
- Free Airport Transfers - Free airport transfers. We provide fee airport transfers just for the asking. Some resorts charge as much as $120 USD for round trip transfers from the airport to the resort and back.
- Thinking out of the box - We are capable of "thinking out of the box." We are here to help you, we care about you, and we will do everything in our power to handle any situation that may arise with your reservation. Resort reservation staff do not think out of the box and are generally not very compassionate with any personal situation you may have.
- Rewards Points - We pay you Rewards Points for every trip you take with us. The next time you travel with us, there will be rewards cash there for you to discount your next reservation. The resorts will not discount your next reservation.
- Fun Groups - We love to put together groups of interested couples that want to visit the resorts at the same time. A group is generally just a collection of couples from a particular website, Yahoo group, or swing club. Going when there is a group can be an advance indication what the attendees will be like; Players - Nudists - Watchers - Young - Old - and the really not sure. General reservations are basically the luck of the draw and you never know until you get there who they are. Groups provide some advance notification and an opportunity to meet people before you arrive.
- Personalized Service - When you book with us, we are your travel advocate. We make sure everything will be perfect for you in regards to your booking. If there is a problem, and there generally is not, we communicate with the resort to resolve. We are one of the largest booking agencies with the resorts we handle, and we have personal relationships with the staff members at each resort. We maintain these relationships to ensure our clients are handled in the best possible manner.
- Last Minute Deals - We have last minute deals on many of group trips we offer. Many times there are even cancellations with deposits on them you can enjoy just for the asking. It is our mission to get you the lowest price so you keep coming back and back for our exceptional service.
- Rooms - Rooms - Rooms - We can many times get you rooms even during sold out periods. We have many connections and we know many of the groups that are blocking dates. If we can't find you a room for the dates you are looking for, there is just no way you are going to get the rooms nights. We are very connected for getting you room nights when the other agencies can't get it done.
- Electronic Wait List - We have a very sophisticated electronic waiting list employed to capture you the room nights you are looking for when the resorts are sold out. As soon as the room you are looking for comes available, your reservation request pops-up and we capture the reservation for you!
As you can see, it is a much better deal for you to book with our agency, rather than going direct to any resort. The benefits completely out-weigh any benefit you might ever receive from booking direct. However, if you still choose to book direct, we are more than happy to process your reservations directly with the resorts, having your payments go directly to the resorts. As always, it is your choice as the customer.
