Desire Mediterranean Cruise

Aug 15-22, 2026

Enter a world where luxury meets sensuality. Sailing on the exquisite Allura by Oceania, this exclusive adults-only cruise is designed for open-minded couples seeking an unforgettable, exotic escape. The adventure begins in the picturesque northeast city of Trieste, Italy, a vibrant city that for centuries used to be part of Austria, where grand plazas, historic cafés, and a beautiful coastline set the stage. As a special treat we will overnight in Trieste, offering clients a great opportunity to explore more of this city on the 16th before we depart in the afternoon.

After a fun filled day at sea, we will arrive in one of the most stunning ports with post card style backdrops featuring the well-known medieval old town and its dramatic setting on the coastline surrounded by limestone cliffs, Kotor, Montenegro. Our next stop needs no introduction, a Desire Cruiser favorite, Dubrovnik in Croatia. This famous city surrounded by the Adriatic Sea, offers more than just a walk around the walled city, guests will be able to take the cable car up to the top of Mt. Srđ, to witness the old town from 400m above. From there we will be visiting, for the first time on Desire cruise, Albania, stopping in Durres where ancient amphitheaters and bustling markets create a dynamic experience.

After spending the day in Durres, we will take guests to a magical little port city in Calabria Italy called Crotone, with its pristine beaches, charming streets, and ancient castle, ' Castello di Le Castella'. This magnificent fortress is protected by the sea on all four sides except for a small man-made pathway. As we come to an end of another amazing Desire cruise, guests will disembark in Valletta, Malta where you can wander through its historic streets and soak in its rich history and vibrant culture.

This is a 7-night cruise leaving out of the Trieste, Italy with stops in Kotor, Dubrovnik, Durres, Crotone and Valleta.

Theme Nights

The themes have not been announced yet for this cruise but once they are we will be sure to post them.

Pre-Cruise Hotel, Meet-n-Greet Reception and Ground Transportation

We are not planning on offering a pre-cruise hotel for this voyage and are working with our partners about a possible joint pre-cruise hotel. Please checkback as we get closer to the sailing date.

There are two ways to book your cabin: You can book on-line with our interactive booking engine or by calling us at (877) 225-5576. You will need to have your First and Last Names, as they appear on your passport and the Date of Birth (DOB) for each guest as well as your credit card. Most cruises have payment plans available, but if you would like to schedule different payment plans (ie $200 per month), please give us a call and we will do our best to assist you.

Booking Considerations

Cabin Type
Do you prefer a cabin with or without a window? Cabins without a window are normally located on the inside corridor of the ship. There are also balcony rooms and suites. Balcony rooms come with an outside patio area where the scenery can be enjoyed without leaving quarters. Suites include a sleeping and dining area with additional amenities.
** If someone in your party is prone to sea sickness, choose a cabin that is on a lower level and in the middle of the ship.
Cabin Size
Having comfortable surroundings is important when going on a week-long cruise. Will you be spending a lot of time in the cabin? Do you want to wake up and drink coffee on the balcony? A small cabin with no window isn't a good fit for passengers that are claustrophobic. Make sure to determine your needs ahead of time and book a cabin that is sized accordingly.
Amenities
Cabins and suites offer a wide range of amenities from Concierge services, to menu upgrades and spa access, to wet bars and butlers in the suite class. Determine which perks will make your vacation complete before finalizing your cabin selection.
